At Wildflower House, every floral arrangement and DIY personalisation product is carefully handmade with great attention to detail. For this reason, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on these items.

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the bespoke and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for floral arrangements or DIY personalised items once an order has been confirmed and fulfilled.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in packaging and quality control. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we will review the issue and make exceptions where appropriate.

  • Any damage must be reported as soon as possible upon receipt of the product.

  • All claims are subject to inspection and approval.

  • Supporting photos or videos may be requested to help us assess the issue.
